For forty years, I’ve always found myself drawn to the kitchen — creating and cooking for those I love. My joy begins with sourcing fresh ingredients, whether from a fresh produce market or the butcher or my herb garden. I relish the ritual of unpacking, washing, and prepping, often with music playing in the background. Sometimes, the inspiration comes from simply opening the fridge and getting creative with what’s still fresh — reducing food waste is a personal passion of mine.
